Deep cold
The freezing temperature reaches -65 degrees. At this temperature, many high-end foods will be better preserved and have a shelf life of up to eight months.

Quick frozen
Passing through the largest ice crystal zone at the fastest speed, the smallest ice crystals are formed during the quick freezing process. Such fine ice crystals will not puncture the cell wall of the food.
